Everything goes through FEIMS now: https://feims.dofe.gov.np
Steps: create account, enter passport and job details (must match visa/contract), do PDOT orientation and medical, pay fees online, upload documents, then download the approval.
Government contributions you pay: - Social Security Fund: Rs 2,308 - Foreign Employment Welfare Fund: Rs 1,500 - Foreign employment insurance: depends on age and contract period Plus PDOT training fee and medical fee at the approved centres.
