Terms of service

By using Forum Nepal (forumnepal.com) you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account and for everything posted from it. Keep your email account secure.

You own what you post. By posting, you give Forum Nepal a free, worldwide licence to display, store and share it on the site and in search results, so others can read it. This continues for posts that others have quoted or replied to.

Only post content you have the right to share. Do not post other people's private information, copyrighted material you do not own, or anything illegal.

You must follow the forum rules. In short: no harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, fake job or visa offers, or illegal content. Moderators may edit, hide or remove posts, lock threads, and suspend or remove accounts that break the rules, with or without notice.

Answers come from community members. They are not legal, immigration, medical, financial or professional advice. Rules for visas, jobs and exams change often. Always check with official sources, such as the Department of Foreign Employment, embassies or the Public Service Commission, before making decisions.

Consultancies, manpower agencies and businesses may answer questions honestly but must not advertise, post fake reviews or collect fees through the forum. We are not responsible for any deal you make with someone you meet here.

We provide Forum Nepal "as is". We try to keep it running and safe but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features at any time.

To the extent allowed by law, Forum Nepal is not liable for losses caused by content posted by users, or by your use of the site.

You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms.
