SSW has 12+ sectors including nursing care (caregiver), food service, agriculture, construction, building cleaning, hospitality and manufacturing.
You need two passes: 1. Japanese: JFT-Basic (A2) or JLPT N4 2. The skills test for your sector. Caregiver additionally needs the Nursing Care Japanese Evaluation Test
Then a Japanese employer has to hire you. Nepal and Japan have a cooperation memorandum on SSW, and recruitment must go through DoFE-licensed agencies.
