Korea's minimum wage for 2026 is KRW 10,320 per hour (up 2.9%). For a full-time 209 hour month that's KRW 2,156,880 basic. It applies to EPS foreign workers too.
Overtime, night and holiday work are paid at 1.5x, so actual take-home in manufacturing is often well above the basic, depending on the company.
