For the free visa free ticket countries (Gulf countries and Malaysia), the government cap is Rs 10,000 service charge. The government said in April 2026 it will act against anyone charging more than that.
Always ask for a proper receipt. If they charge more, complain to the Department of Foreign Employment (dofe.gov.np).

Demand letter number DoFE ko site ma verify garnus pahila. Fake demand ko case dherai cha.
