It's planned work, not load-shedding. NEA is laying underground cables, so it is cutting power for 5.5 hours a day, 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, for 8 days from 29 October to 5 November in the Kuleshwor and Baneshwor distribution areas. On 30 Oct the affected stretch was Kalanki Ring Road to Syuchatar. The areas change day by day, so check the NEA notice for your street.
