Third-party motor insurance premium is fixed by the Nepal Insurance Authority, so it's the same at every non-life insurer for the same cc. Only comprehensive (full) insurance price varies.
You can buy from any licensed non-life insurer's branch or online via their app and pay with eSewa/Khalti/ConnectIPS. Keep the PDF policy; transport office checks it during renewal.
