The Office of the Company Registrar (OCR) charges by authorized capital:

So 10 lakh authorized capital comes to **Rs 9,500**. Name reservation is free.
**Documents:** MoA and AoA, citizenship copies of all shareholders and directors, photos, the registered office address, and the shareholder details.
The process starts online on the OCR system (ocr.gov.np): reserve the name, upload the documents, pay, and track the status. It usually takes about 3 to 15 working days if the papers are right. After that you register for PAN or VAT with IRD and with your ward office.
