There is no official salary survey for Nepal IT, so take numbers as ranges, not facts. What I see from hiring: trainee/intern stipends are often low, and first full-time offers vary a lot by company type (outsourcing company vs product company vs local agency).
Better questions to ask than the number: 1. Is it a trainee contract or permanent? How long until review? 2. Do they pay SSF and give a proper contract? 3. What stack and will you get a senior to review your code?
A good first year teaches more than the first salary. Switch after 1 year with a strong portfolio, that's where the big jump happens.
