Yes. TAAN advisory on 25 Oct says the Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley have reopened after repairs. Vehicles reach Machhakhola, and a 10-minute bypass was built at Yaru Bagar.
But watch the weather: cyclone Arnav is forecast to bring heavy rain and snow from 29 Oct to 1 Nov, with avalanche risk in high areas, so keep a buffer day before Larkya La.

Agree, wait a day or two after the storm for the pass. Fresh snow on Larkya La is no joke.
