Usual route: bus/jeep to Dhunche (Rasuwa), then Dhunche → Chandanbari (Sing Gompa) → Lauribina → Gosainkunda (around 4,380 m). Most people do 4 to 5 days round trip.
It's inside Langtang National Park, so there is a park entry fee (lower for Nepalis, carry ID). Altitude gain is fast, so don't rush from Dhunche straight up. Winter has snow and icy trails.
