Details from the issue notice: Migrant workers (foreign employment) quota: 4,22,500 units, open 11 Kartik to 16 Kartik 2083 (about 28 Oct to 2 Nov 2026), can extend to 25 Kartik if undersubscribed. Dolakha project-affected locals: 16,90,000 units, 11 to 25 Kartik 2083, can extend to 10 Mangsir. Apply 10 to 10,000 units at Rs 100 each. Issue manager: Citizens Capital Limited.
Company: 25.5 MW from two run-of-river projects in Dolakha (Sagu Khola 20 MW and Sagu Khola-1 5.5 MW), operating since 2025. ICRA Nepal issuer rating BB+ (moderate risk of default). The general public issue comes later.

For the migrant quota you normally need a valid labour permit and apply through Meroshare with your remittance/bank account. Check the offer letter for exact documents before applying.
