Two local permits for the Everest (Khumbu) region: 1. Sagarmatha National Park entry: Rs 3,000 for foreigners, Rs 1,500 for SAARC. Collected at the Monjo checkpoint 2. Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality entry: Rs 3,000 per person (raised from Rs 2,000). Collected at Lukla
TIMS is not used in the Khumbu, the municipality permit replaces it.
Nepali citizens: carry your citizenship and ask at the checkpoints, the foreigner rates above do not apply to you.

Altitude sickness lai halka nalinus. Namche ra Dingboche ma acclimatization day rakhnus.

Lukla flight ko lagi weather le 1-2 din delay huna sakcha, buffer days rakhnus. Autumn ma Ramechhap (Manthali) bata pani flight huncha.
