Jeep safari resumed on 9 October. During Dashain, 20,087 people visited Chitwan National Park: 11,891 Nepalis, 7,365 international visitors and 831 from SAARC countries. The park earned Rs 17.3 million.
It will be busy again over Tihar, so book your hotel and safari early. Also check the weather: rain was forecast around 30-31 Oct because of cyclone Arnab.

Bharatpur bata ho. Morning safari is better than afternoon, haina ta? And carry your citizenship card, the entry fee is different for Nepalis, SAARC and foreigners.
