For web + Android Studio: 16 GB RAM minimum, 512 GB SSD, and a recent Ryzen 5/7 or Intel i5/i7 (H or P series). Android emulator eats RAM, 8 GB will hurt. Check that RAM is upgradable. Buy from authorised distributors so warranty works in Nepal.
