Rents in Pokhara vary a lot by road access, parking and water, so I won't quote a single number. Areas families commonly rent outside Lakeside: Chipledhunga/Mahendrapul (central, busy), Srijana Chowk, Bagar, Lamachaur, Hemja (quieter, further). Lakeside and Baidam are priced for tourists, so expect higher rent there. Ask about water supply in winter/spring and whether the house is in a landslide-prone hillside before signing.
